Dharma Malempati brings to the Company acquisition and small business operation experience having spent most of his career in Corporate Development positions within small to mid-size organizations.

Dharma is also currently working on residential and mixed-used development projects as a consultant valued in excess of over $300 million in India and the Middle East. 

Prior to founding Om Ventures, Inc., Dharma was the Associate Director of Corporate Development at Cogent Communications where he worked on private equity, debt, and merger and acquisition transactions valued at over $500 million. His previous experience includes being a Business Development Associate for eProperty, formerly a Kennedy-Wilson Company, and an Investment Banker for Chase Securities, now JPMorgan Chase. Dharma received his MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley with a concentration in real estate and graduated magna cum laude from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University with a BS in Finance and International Business. Dharma is currently pursuing a Certified Financial Planning Certificate from the University of Southern Florida.
