Krishna Malempati, along with 30+ years of small business experience, adds 20+ years of experience in real estate investments.

Kris founded and was the President of Kris Electrical Mfg. Co. from 1985 to 2007.  He currently serves as a Board of Director for Community Trust Bancorp Inc. (NasdaqNM: CTBI) in Pikeville, KY; Lotus Bank in Novi, MI; and CNC India Investments in Houston, TX.  Kris has over 20 years of experience of investing in residential and commercial properties primarily in the southwest and southeast United States.  

Kris has also helped raise over $35 million in equity for investments in real estate assets as well as other investments such as oil wells and companies in India. Kris received his MS in Mechanical Engineering from Wayne State University and his BS in Engineering from the Detroit Institute of Technology.
