He also has experience in financial analysis, financial structuring, transaction negotiation, and market research for developers, investors, and lenders.

At Om Ventures, Steliyan is responsible for accounting. reporting, financial modeling and assists in property and asset management.

Prior to joining Om Ventures, Inc., Steliyan was part of the underwriting team for Countrywide Financial. He received his BS in Finance from University of South Florida and is planning to obtain MS in Finance from the same University. Steliyan is a licensed Real Estate Broker and a member of the National Association of Realtors.
